Apogee Advisors works with corporate real estate professionals and business executives to support companies in identifying and realizing their highest point of real estate portfolio optimization.  Essentially, our mission is providing external data points and comparable examples of success.  We deliver actionable recommendations supported by real data to improve efficiencies and reduce costs of operations.

Large users of space manage a series of complex and constantly evolving requirements for the workforce within a corporate environment which is sensitive to both costs and employee productivity.  No two corporate real estate groups are identical; portfolios vary in locations and property type.
